Thanks for being a part of the alt. family. We want to do our best to ensure we make right any hiccups you’ve faced along the way. 

  • If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return or exchange your device and any new and unused alt. pods within the first 45 days after your purchase. The product must not be used and must remain in its original condition. We don’t process refunds for used pods. 
  • Your alt. device comes with a one (1) year limited warranty for replacement from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. In the rare event that your alt. device malfunctions, please contact customer support, and someone from our team will get back to you within 48 hours. Please note that warranty is only valid for purchases made by original purchasers and requires original invoice. 
  • Damages caused to the device or pods by accident, misuse, tampering, disassembly, or any other external causes are not covered by this warranty. 
  • Damage caused due to the device being exposed to moisture (liquids, water, rain, etc.) is not covered by this warranty. 
  • Please note that alt. Vapors may request additional details about your order, or the device and pods, including videos and/or pictures to troubleshoot common issues before providing replacements or refunds. The warranty is only valid for purchases made by the original purchaser. 
  • Malfunctioning alt. pods will be replaced only if the not fully used. 
  • All old devices or pods must be returned to alt. Vapors before replacement devices are shipped out. 
  • Any purchases made at authorized resellers of alt. will be replaced or refunded at the point of sale itself. 
  • Subscription orders are non-refundable.
  • Products purchased during the pre-ban sale are considered “clearance sale” items and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
