alt. Vapors is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. You primary focus will be to ensure that alt. customers have a great experience with us, and resolve any queries/issues that arise in a timely manner.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service with a focus on user retention, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Provide email, chat, facebook support to customers
  • Understand their needs and pro-actively work to address additional or missing details
  • Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Monitoring of aggregated customer request data
  • Regularly update the business teams with customer feedback and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. sales, engineers, senior management) to address customers’ needs

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Specialist
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Exhibit flawless grammar and courtesy in all customer interactions
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and problem solving skills
  • Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
